• The age gate is a self-confirmation, not government ID verification, and we say that plainly rather than overstating it.
• Falsely confirming your age is a violation of our Terms and gets the account deleted.
• Adults are responsible for keeping this app off shared devices used by minors.

Nothing in Paper Bag — including strain pages, effect tags, ratings and Chronic AI replies — is medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment plan or a dosing recommendation.

• Effects vary hugely by person, product, tolerance and setting; community ratings are opinions, not data.
• Talk to a licensed clinician before using cannabis if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take prescription medication, or have a heart, lung or mental health condition.
• Start low, go slow, and never mix without knowing what you are doing.
• If someone is in crisis, contact your local emergency number — Paper Bag is not a crisis service.

Do not drive, ride, boat, operate machinery or care for children while impaired. Plan a sober ride before a sesh starts, not after.

• Cannabis laws differ by country, state, county and even venue. You are responsible for knowing and following yours.
• Paper Bag does not facilitate the sale, transport or gifting of cannabis and does not connect buyers with sellers.
• Do not cross borders or state lines with cannabis because of anything you read here.
• We may block features, listings or shipping in regions where we cannot operate lawfully.

• Video or voice chat before meeting, and meet somewhere public the first time.
• Share your plan with a friend and keep your own transportation.
• Keep your last name, workplace, home address and financial details private until trust is earned.
• Report anything off in-app or at support@paperbag.app — we would rather hear it early.
